INS-8005E Volktek Premium Unmanaged 5 x 10/100 RJ45 Industrial Switch

INS-8005E is an unmanaged 5-port, 10/100 RJ45 downlink industrial switch with Premium features for very elementary interconnection between devices, but high traffic requirements. It offers auto-negotiation on all its ports to aggregate devices easily in Industrial Ethernet applications. The device can be used with multi-axis robots and their peripherals such as PLCs, HMIs, and legacy devices. Prioritizes data with industrial QoS priority for Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, and GOOSE packets.

The switch offers various in-built traffic optimization and network performance features to prioritize important industrial data packets, prevent the loss of data during communication, and stable transmission; like flow control and VLAN Passthru. It prioritizes industrial protocols for industrial applications, like Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, and GOOSE packets. Additionally, it offers per-port and 802.1p Tag Quality of Service to ensure the delivery of high-priority data.

This switch is built with industrial grade components, enclosed in an IP40 aluminum case to protect the device from tools and hazards. Designed to withstand vibration, shock, free fall, interference, and temperatures ranging from -40˚C~75˚C (-40°F~167°F) it suits extreme industrial environments.
